We are a commercial legal practice based in the City of London, having a branch office in Birmingham and an associated office in Tel Aviv, with many years of deep immersion in litigation, specialising in commercial litigation, corporate transactions and employment law. We advise on a wide range of disputes.
In employment law, we represent both employers and employees at all levels up to senior executives. We deal with cases that range from small-scale disputes to large high-value claims in the employment tribunal, and appeals in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the higher courts. One of our partners, Howard Epstein, featured in November 2019 as The Times’ Solicitor of the Week in a high-profile employment case, which you may read about here.
As to group litigation, before joining us over a decade ago, Howard was a founder partner of Class Law, Solicitors, London W1, which pursued claims for financial mis-selling by institutions and others in the City of London.
We work with a wide range of clients, both in the UK and internationally, on some of the most dynamic and challenging projects. Our clients include listed and private companies, partnerships and entrepreneurs, and many private clients.
Our Umbrella Reclaim arm has been set up by us specifically to seek redress for contractors who have suffered from umbrella companies making unlawful deductions, such as Employers’ National Insurance Contributions, Apprenticeship Levy and holiday pay, from their income. We are now organising to bring group actions for the recovery of those unlawful deductions.
